Colin alerted me to the BASIS round 1 announcement that came out a couple of days ago.
Out of the £8.3 million awarded at least £1.4 million has gone specifically to purely ICT projects - not a bad start and of course there could be more hidden in some of the other awards.

You may remember in this post back in August I mentioned the Rumbles Catering project. Well, I was so pleased for them on Saturday night when they were announced as winners in their category of Best Education Project at the National Lottery Good Causes awards on BBC1.
